What is Trade Encore?
Trade Encore is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst firm (Registration No. INH000009269, BSE Enlistment 5530) based in Pune, India. We publish research-backed stock recommendations, mutual fund insights, F&O strategies and daily market outlooks — priced like a utility, starting at ₹149/month.
How do I verify your SEBI registration?
Visit sebi.gov.in → Intermediaries → Research Analysts and search for registration number INH000009269. Always verify any research analyst on the SEBI website before subscribing — including us.
How does Trade Encore make money? Do you earn commissions?
Only from subscription fees. We do not sell insurance, retirement products or mutual funds, and we earn no commissions or brokerage — so our research is never biased toward selling you a product.
Is your advice personalised to me?
Our published research is non-personalised — every member on the same plan sees the same research. Recommendation types are mapped to investor profiles (long-term, positional, F&O) so you can pick what suits your stage; the Investment Guide explains suitability in plain language.
Membership & Payments
What does a membership cost, and which plan is right for me?
Fin Silver (₹149/mo) suits beginners — mutual funds and long-term ideas. Fin Gold (₹399/mo) suits active investors — 10 recommendations a month with positional ideas and query support. Fin Platinum (₹699/mo) adds F&O and index-option strategies. T-Fin variants bundle free Income Tax Return filing. Annual billing gives two months free.
Do I get an invoice when I pay?
Yes — instantly. The moment your payment is verified, we email you a tax invoice together with your Welcome Kit (how research reaches you, KYC steps, app download and support contacts). Invoices are also available anytime from your dashboard.
Can I subscribe to the same plan twice?
No. While your plan is active, the pricing page marks it "Your current plan" with its validity date and the subscribe button is disabled — so you can never pay twice by accident. You can renew once the current term ends, or upgrade to a higher plan anytime.
How do payments work? Do you accept cash?
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking). We never accept cash, and we will never ask for your broker, demat or bank login, or an OTP.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our published Terms & Conditions. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the period you've paid for.
Using the Service
How do recommendations reach me after I subscribe?
Your Buy List, Sell List and Open Positions live on your dashboard and in the Market Rx Android app. Every new recommendation and update also reaches you by email and push notification — with entry zones, stop-loss and targets clearly defined.
Why do I need to complete KYC?
SEBI requires research analysts to know their clients. Upload your PAN and Aadhaar from the dashboard — it takes about two minutes and is needed once.
What is Trade Encore Radar and what are credits?
Radar is our on-demand analysis tool: search any NSE stock or index and get a structured technical, fundamental and sentiment view. Every new account gets 5 free credits; each plan includes daily Radar credits (Silver 2/day, Gold 10/day, Platinum 15/day).
What is the Compare tool? Is it free?
Compare puts two to five NSE stocks side by side — composite score, technical, fundamental and sentiment pillars, sector rank and relative strength — computed nightly by a rules-based engine from exchange data. The teaser (composite score, rank and a one-line summary) is free without login; members see the full breakdown. It is non-personalised research: every reader sees the same scores.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — the Market Rx app on Android gives you live Buy/Sell lists, push alerts for every new pick, secure UPI checkout, biometric sign-in and Radar lookups. iOS is coming soon.

How do I raise a complaint or grievance?
Write to compliance@tradeencore.com or use the grievance form on the website. If unresolved, you can escalate via SEBI SCORES or the SMART ODR portal — both are linked from our Grievance Redressal page, alongside our complaints register.

No — and be wary of anyone who does. SEBI registration and NISM certification never guarantee performance or assure returns. Every recommendation we publish defines its risk (stop-loss, position sizing) before its reward.
